Before the earthquake which struck Haiti just last week which had only then started to capitalize on the weather, location as well as on their tropical scenery.
They were following the example which had been set by many countries in the Caribbean, mainly due to the fact that these countries had all succeeded in turning each location into vacation paradises.
A buzz has to be created for many tourists to take notice to a country. New attention from international investors would certainly spark an interest in any country.
